Hi! I’m Rachel, a graphic designer born and raised in Austin, Texas. I’m currently working toward my AAS in Graphic Design at Austin Community College, where what started as a fun hobby has grown into a true passion. Creativity has always been a big part of who I am. Growing up, I was constantly drawing, writing stories, and even dabbling in animation, game design, and art in high school.
It wasn’t until I began my coursework at ACC, though, that I realized just how much I love this field. I’ve fallen especially hard for typography and visual storytelling.
Outside of design, you’ll usually find me reading, playing games, or listening to music. I love spending time with friends, checking out art museums, roaming thrift stores, and catching live shows around the city.
Right now, I’m a Graphic Design Intern on ACC’s Marketing team, which has been an amazing opportunity to grow my skills and confidence in design. After graduating, I hope to join a creative agency or an in-house design team where I can keep learning, refine my craft, and build my career.
